Generally our orders leave the building between 10am and 1pm.

Although, depending on our orders and delivery locations we will do up to three delivery runs per day.

Whilst you are more than welcome to select a preferred delivery time, please understand that we are unable to guarantee delivery at specified times.

We will always do our very best to have your flowers arrive as close to your requested time as possible, whenever we are able to do so.

Our delivery routes can vary throughout the day, particularly during busy periods, so we truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

No problem at all! If you happen to select a higher delivery fee and your delivery address falls within a lower-priced delivery area, we’ll make sure you receive the difference in value by adding extra flowers to your order.

Likewise, if you accidentally select a lower delivery fee and your address falls within a higher-priced delivery area, we’ll simply adjust the value of the flowers in your order to cover the additional delivery cost.

We’ll always do our best to make sure you receive the full value of your order, regardless of which delivery option is selected.

Our delivery drivers will leave the delivery in the safest location possible, whilst also attempting to be left out of the elements where possible.

If the flowers have to be left in a very random location, one likely that the recipient may not see we will either send you or the recipient a message of the location.

We endeavour to send all of our senders a message as your delivery leaves our building, so you know your flowers are on their way.

During busy and peak periods, we may not always get the opportunity to send this message. Please know, however, that your order is in safe hands. We take great care with every delivery and are honoured to deliver your flowers on your behalf.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided and we are unable to complete the delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply to have your order delivered to the correct location.

A re-delivery fee may also apply if we are unable to access or safely deliver to the nominated address for reasons outside of our control — such as an aggressive dog, a gated or secured community, a locked apartment building, or other access restrictions.

We will always do our best to contact you and work with you to arrange a successful delivery or collection from the recipient from our store.
